Bright living room with TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, 4 cooking plates, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Dishes for 6 people. Independent WC. Access to the veranda with pool view.
2nd floor — Sleeping area (11.6m² + 10.8m²)
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and 3-door wardrobe, one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and WC.

Secure residence with controlled access, free parking and a 150m² pool. Located 5 minutes walk from the marina, shops and restaurants. The supermarket is 2 minutes away — ideal for stocking up. A peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for a family holiday.
